The Board Of Directors

Our Board of Directors is a dedicated group of leaders, advocates, and professionals who share a deep faith commitment to supporting NICU families through faith, compassion and service.  Their guidance, expertise and lived experiences help ensure that MASG INC remains mission-focused, transparent and impactful in all that we do.

Susan Shaw

Susan Shaw is a seasoned educator and administrator with a strong background in human services, community outreach, and nonprofit leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and has dedicated her career to serving families through education, faith-based work, and community programs. She is honored to support MASG’s mission of compassion, advocacy, and faith-centered support for families.  She is a proud grandmother of a NICU-graduate.

Milcah Lewis

Milcah Lewis is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in optimizing organizational frameworks and providing executive business consulting, with a focus on organizational structuring, marketing, sales, technology systems, and client relations.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she excels in analytical thinking and brings a strategic, results-driven approach to her work. Her diverse career path spans-decades of experience in client relations, corporate sales, administrative support, program development, and process and system implementation within both corporate and social service environments.

As a highly capable leader, she has a proven track record of evaluating organizational needs and executing strategic plans that deliver consistent, high-quality results. With a talent for strategic problem-solving, Milcah leverages her experience across diverse organizational structures to craft innovative solutions and drive desired outcomes.

Danette Inyang

Danette Inyang is a seasoned vocalist, performer, and music executive with over 20 years of experience in performance, ministry, education, and artist development. She has performed nationally and internationally alongside Grammy-winning and nominated artists and has appeared on major platforms including the Super Bowl, BET, Univision, and the Latin Grammy Awards.

 

She is the Founder and CEO of MAXEL, a creative development company focused on training, mentoring, and empowering artists. Danette brings a strong commitment to excellence, service, and creative leadership to her role on the Board of Directors of Maison Alexander Support Group, Inc.  Danette is a proud NICU-graduate mother.
