Beyond Our Foundation
The foundation of MASG INC is rooted in supporting neonatal families through funding, education, resources, and faith-based encouragement. As the organization has grown, MASG has intentionally expanded into structured divisions to provide clear, purposeful, and efficient support for the families we serve.
This expansion removes vague generalization and establishes defined networks designed to meet specific needs within the NICU community.
MASG is now organized into three primary divisions:
• NICU Moms Network (The Heart of MASG)
• MASG NICU Mentor Network
• MASG Professional Network
Each division serves a distinct purpose while operating under one mission — to ensure no NICU family walks alone.
MASG NICU MOM’s NETWORK
The Heart of MASG INC.
The NICU Moms Network serves both current and graduated NICU/preemie mothers.
A NICU mother experiences an unexpected shift in life — physically, mentally, emotionally, physiologically, and spiritually. She must:
• Recover from early delivery
• Regulate stress to support milk production
• Establish milk supply under pressure
• Navigate hospital systems
• Heal while advocating for her child
It is imperative that NICU mothers have a strong support system, access to resources, and a safe space to be vulnerable and supported.
Are you a NICU Mother looking for your tribe?
NICU MENTOR NETWORK
The MASG NICU Mentor Network is comprised of NICU mothers who have graduated from the NICU journey and desire to turn their pain into purpose.
Mentors:
• Complete MASG Mentor Training
• Receive a Certificate of Completion
• Share testimony, tools, and survival strategies
• Provide peer-based emotional support
• May be referred to NICU mothers seeking guidance
Mentors will be featured on the MASG website to provide visibility and connection opportunities.
This division transforms lived experience into leadership.
MASG PROFESSIONAL NETWORK
The MASG Professional Network consists of Christian, faith-aligned professionals and organizations who support neonatal families.
This includes but not limited to:
• Licensed Christian therapists
• Social workers
• Nurses
• Lactation consultants
• Neonatal-focused organizations
This network operates through referral visibility and faith-aligned collaboration. Through this division, MASG bridges spiritual support with professional care.
