About MASG INC.
Maison Alexander Support Group INC. (MASG) is a Christian-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting neonatal families during one of life’s challenging times in the NICU and beyond. Founded by Mariann Shaw, a NICU mother and survivor, MASG has served families within the NICU community by providing both financial care and resources to assist during their time in the NICU. MASG will continue to advocate for neonatal families through young adolescence years by building strong partnerships with local hospitals, neonatal care units and community organizations.

Over the past eleven years, MASG has assisted families through financial support in gas cards, food cards, devotionals, diapers and preemie clothes. MASG has provided emotional support through not only the organization’s services but also by prayer and leading families back to Christ.
Looking forward, MASG’s sustainability financial plan is designed to ensure continued support for our programs, while maintaining standards of transparency and accountability.
MASG envisions a future where every neonatal family, regardless of background and or spiritual beliefs, has access for support, resources, encouragement and guidance during the NICU and beyond. Through the organizations comprehensive care, MASG will set a standard for neonatal family support across the region.

Family Referral Process
Maison Alexander Support Group INC partners with hospitals and social workers to ensure neonatal families receive timely / compassionate support during their neonatal journey. The referral process below briefly outlines how the neonatal families can be connected to our services in a respectful, confidential, and family-centered manner.

PRIVACY &
HIPPA
MASG INC respects all privacy and confidentiality guidelines. No protected health information (PHI) is shared without proper consent. Referrals are used split to initiate contact and determine eligibility for our services.
MASG INC. Operates in alignment with HIPPA guidelines and works closely with hospital parramatta to ensure families’ information is handled securely and respectfully.
